Rendering Challenges and Process

As I designed and researched, I made sure to keep in mind that these actors would be very mobile. Swinging guitars and drum solos meant I had to ensure that, realistically, these garments would not restrict actors' movement.

In the end, I became the model for the poses featured—taking a video of myself in the desired poses and then translating those to figure drawings.
